Family Photos!

A very dear friend of mine decided a few months back to persue his passion for photography.  Colson was up visiting his mom, for her birthday (what a nice son!), and we talked him into doing a family shoot for us.  We had planned to head to the marina, but with the pouring rain opted not for Lizzy's sake!  It did clear up a bit so we did take advantage by shooting a few shots in our back yard!  If you are in need of a photographer in the Bay Area ... look him up.  He does awesome work!

First Day of Daycare

We are looking a bit sleepy ... in fact all of us were looking a bit sleepy.  Lizzy was a champ for her first day of daycare and mom even did pretty well.  It was a little rough the first hour or so at work, but it got easier as the day went on.

Labor Day Weekend

We headed south for the Labor Day weekend and ended up having a wonderful time ... here are just a few shots from our very busy weekend!

Poopy Face ... I just had to share!

So when Lizzy is working on her business you definitely know ... I know she'll kill me for this when she is older but I can't resist.  Her "poop face" as we affectionately call it is simply hilarious ... but the grunting and holding of her breath that goes along with it makes it simply priceless!

Growing Like A Weed!

I propped Lizzy up a few days back and couldn't believe how much she is starting to look like a little girl ... time is flying by and she just continues to grow and grow and grow!

She also thought she'd wave hi and say what's up to everyone reading!

Dad turns 30!

Lizzy and I threw a surprise 30th birthday BBQ for Ben last Saturday and ended up having quite a few friends and family over to the house.  Lots of pictures to share and we had a fabulous time.  I do not usually do potluck style and holy cow did we have food.  Thanks to everyone who came and brought a TON of food.  No one went away hungry and with the bouncy house no one went away without a little exercise!  Haha!

I love my fists

This is definitely not the first time Lizzy had found her fist but it is now her new obsession ... one she likes even more than her binky!  She is just a slober machine!
